General Description
The FPP124 Series FC Simplex Rack Mount Fiber Optic Patch Panels are pre-loaded with FC simplex fiber optic adapters and a splice management kit comprising splice trays and spools. The panel provides space for FC fiber termination, optical splicing, and fiber storage within the same rack-mounted unit.
The patch panel incorporates a sliding working tray with adjustable working angles, allowing the tray to be positioned according to the requirements of the installation or maintenance work. The sliding tray can be accessed from the front while the patch panel remains mounted in the server cabinet or equipment rack, eliminating the need to remove the panel for routine fiber management and maintenance.
A removable top cover provides access to the internal fiber management area during installation and splicing work.
The FPP124 Series is equipped with six cable entry points, allowing fibers from multiple incoming cables to be routed into the same enclosure for termination and splicing. This configuration allows optical splices associated with different incoming cables to be housed within a single patch panel, reducing the need for separate splice enclosures and additional rack space.
The FPP124 Series is suitable for rack-mounted fiber distribution, cable termination, optical splicing, and fiber management in telecommunications and data communication installations.
