The FC simplex rack mount fiber optic patch panel in the FPP124 series has been upgraded with 6 cable entries instead of 4. This improvement aims to reduce the cost of setting up a fiber optic network by requiring fewer patch panels. It also provides easier installation and maintenance as the optical fiber splices are spliced and stored within the same fiber patch panel.
General Description
The FPP124 series FC simplex rack mount fiber optic patch panels are pre-loaded with the FC simplex fiber optic adapters and splice management kit that includes the splice trays and spools. It consists of a sliding working tray that can be adjusted to various working angles for the installation and maintenance works to be carried out. This feature makes installation or maintenance work easier even though the patch panel is already being installed on the rack of the server cabinet. At the same time, the patch panel also comes with a removable top cover to facilitate the installation work.
