Shipping & Lead-Time

Orders received that are in-stock will be ready for shipping out/ self-collect within three to five business days. Customers will be informed once their orders have been shipped or ready for collection. In the event of stock out, customers will be advised of the lead time for their orders.

For local Orders

Local Courier

Local courier service is available at the rate of US dollars $30 per trip. Free delivery will be provided for order value that is US dollars $350 and above. Customers will be contacted if required via phone on the delivery schedule.

Self-Collection at Ubi Office

 For local orders, customers can opt to self-collect their items at our office during the checkout process. Once the items are ready, they will be informed that their orders are ready for collection.

For International Orders

International orders will be sent via FedEx or DHL Express. Customers will be informed about the shipping charge during checkout. Delivery time will depend on the geographical location of the customers. Customers will be provided with an order tracking number for order tracking purpose. Customers should contact FiberTek if they did not receive the tracking number within five business days. Any taxes, duties or extra handling charges will be borne by the customers. FiberTek shall not be held responsible for any delay in shipment or errors made by the shipping company.
