Return & Exchange

Products Within Warranty Period

Limited warranty is provided for some products. If the product is found to be defective, please contact FiberTek. FiberTek personnel will assist our customers with the issue that they may encounter with the product. If the problem cannot be resolved, customers may send the product back for repair or exchange, at our discretion with the shipping charge borne by them.

Warranty period list for products
  • Ethernet Media Converter and Switches - 1 Year 
  • Video, Audio, Data to Fiber Converter - 1 Year
  • Serial to Fiber Converter - 1 Year

Products Not Within Warranty Period

If product is found to be defective, please contact FiberTek.  FiberTek personnel will assist our customers with the issue that they may encounter with the product.  If the problem cannot be resolved, customer may send the product back for repair. As the product is out of the warranty period, FiberTek personnel will advise customers on the cost required for the repair of the product. The repair will only proceed with the customers agreeing to the repair cost. The shipping charge of sending the product for repair and sending the product back will be borne by the customers.

*For all exchanges, products must be returned with original packaging. We reserve the right not to proceed with the exchange if the above condition is not met.
