Products Within Warranty Period

Limited warranty is provided for some products. If the product is found to be defective, please contact FiberTek. FiberTek personnel will assist our customers with the issue that they may encounter with the product. If the problem cannot be resolved, customers may send the product back for repair or exchange, at our discretion with the shipping charge borne by them.

Warranty period for the Fiber Media Converters can be found below:-

  • Ethernet Media Converter and Switches - 1 Year
  • Video, Audio, Data to Fiber Converter - 1 Year
  • Serial to Fiber Converter - 1 Year

Products Not Within Warranty Period

If the product is found to be defective, please contact FiberTek. FiberTek personnel will assist our customers with the issue that they may encounter with the product. If the problem cannot be resolved, the customer may send the product back for repair. As the product is out of the warranty period, FiberTek personnel will advise customers on the cost required for the repair of the product. The repair will only proceed with the customers agreeing to the repair cost. The shipping charge of sending the product for repair and sending the product back will be borne by the customers.

 

No Return and Exchange

At FiberTek, we always strive to ensure that our customers receive the correct order. Therefore, we do not allow any exchanges or returns of our products. However, if you receive a defective product, please inform our personnel immediately and they will assist you with any problems you may be facing.


Please note that the following conditions do not qualify for an exchange or return:

- Change of mind or purchase intention by the customer
- Incorrect selection of model/type at the time of placing the order
- Differences in product pictures, such as colour differences due to lighting,
  setting, etc.
