Order Processing

Operation hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 6:00pm (GMT/UTC + 08:00 hour), closed on weekends and public holidays.

All orders received after the operation hours stipulated will be processed on the next business day.

Customers will receive an order acknowledgement email on the orders that they have placed at the FiberTek Online Shop.

Payment

FiberTek Fiber Shop only accepts payments in US dollars through PayPal. Both MasterCard and Visa credit card payments can be made through PayPal. Payments are secured under the secure socket layer (SSL) protection which data are encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.

Order Cancellation 
 
FiberTek Fiber Shop only accept cancellations if there is a strong and valid reason behind it. In case of a refund, we will process it within a week, but please be aware that a 6.5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount. After the refund has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
