General Description
The FCNID-1GP-1GS is an industrial-grade PoE/PoE+ Gigabit Ethernet media converter. It comprises of 1 x RJ45 Ethernet ports for the Ethernet interface and 1 SFP slot for the fiber interface. The RJ45 port can provide a power supply of up to 30 watts for remote equipment. The SFP slot can support the SFP transceiver and extend the distance of the data signals transmitted based on the type of the 155Mbps SFP transceiver selected.
The FCNID-1GP-1GS is industrial grade PoE/PoE+ Gigabit Ethernet media converter is designed to be rugged to be deployed in the industrial environment. It is IP40 rated and can operate in a wide temperature range from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius. As the FCNID-1GP-1GS converter is compatible fully with the IEEE802.1Q specification standard which requires extra-long data packet to be sent on the virtual local area network (VLANs) network, it can be deployed in the VLANs network environment.
